The San Diego Cavers were doing well all season long flying past all the competition. Cavers went on a 3-game winning streak but heading into the mid/half of the season, they started to go up and down. Winning games then losing two games back-to-back, having a little commotion. I got the opportunity to interview some players about these games to see if I could get a better insight into how the team was doing. I interviewed Jayden Harris on how he feels
On how the team has been performing and playing. Jayden “I feel we have been doing good as a team. We just fell short due to chemistry and lack of effort. I wish we could work harder so we can reach our goals and that is winning a CIF.” Harris seems very compassionate for his team and holds himself to an extremely high standard. I also go on to interview the coach Garcia about how he feels about going into spring break with a 2-game losing streak. Garcia “I am not worried about it, I have confidence in my guys that they are going to find it in themselves to work with each other and push through bad games, win or lose. These guys are dogs just must keep working in practice every day.” Sounds like the Cavers are not really worried about it; the team has a lot of trust in themselves to get the job done, and the coach has confidence in his team to push through any game and team that comes their way. The cavers go into spring on with a winning record 7-6-1 with 1 tie cavers looking to play La Jolla in their next game. Let us see if the cavers are ready to work.
